The plan to expand the campus for bio-tech company TYRA, from their current lab space to the north included the adaptive re-use of the existing auto shop, into a new laboratory, conference room with open offices. The scope also included construction of a new 2-story office building with communal break room, and a third multi-purpose space equipped with restroom and shower. To manage the parking program, vehicle lifts were installed to double to capacity on the site.
